• As per its report, 2023 saw 34 newly names adversaries, a 75% increase in cloud intrusions and witnessed the fastest recorded eCrime breakout time at 2 minutes and 7 seconds.

• The emergence of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) has amplified the efforts and effects from such attacks.

• Additionally, an increase in cybersecurity skills gap and reduced resources have had adverse effects on security operations, resulting in increased risks of data breaches.
